Is it true that Cassis is closing?

Yes, Cassis will soon be closing its doors, and it is with great regret that we are leaving you. All of our stores will continue to operate into 2012. Updated information on store closings will be posted in the STORES section of our website.

Will any new merchandise be received?

Yes, even though we are closing in 2012 we will still receive new and exciting merchandise in store in November, December and January. We encourage you to visit your local Cassis Store regularly to get your hands on these new styles.

What is your return and price adjustment policies?

Due to the announcement of closure of all Cassis stores in 2012, please take note of the following changes to the Cassis Exchange and Refund Policy effective as of October 30, 2011:

• All merchandise purchased at 50% or more off of the original ticketed price is a FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges permitted.
• For all other items, exchanges or refunds are permitted WITHIN 7 DAYS of purchase.
• In all cases:
  • no refunds or exchanges without original sales receipt, with original tags attached to clothing in original condition (clothing that has been worn, altered or washed may not be returned or exchanged);
  • no price adjustments on previous purchases may be obtained;
  • all Cassis purchases may be refunded or exchanged at Cassis stores only.

If I am not currently a member of the Cassis Network can I still join the network and receive emails regarding the latest promotions?

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to join the Cassis Network.
However, we invite you to visit our website or your local Cassis store regularly for the latest news and promotions.
We also invite your to join our sister banners including Reitmans, Smart Set, RW&CO in addition to our specialty brands Penningtons, Addition-Elle and Thyme Maternity Networks in order to be notified of their ongoing promotions.

If I am an existing member who has requested to receive emails, will I still do so?

Yes, if you are a current member of the Cassis Network and have requested to receive emails, you will still continue to receive Cassis news and promotions by email.

Can I still purchase gift cards?

Unfortunately, we no longer carry gift cards.

Can I still redeem gift cards?

Yes, we will honour all Cassis gift cards that are in circulation.

Can I use my Cassis gift card at another Reitmans (Canada) Ltd. division?

No, Cassis gift cards can only be used at Cassis locations.

When will locations be closing? How can I find out about the final day of business for each location?

Our stores will continue to operate into 2012.
