When are you opening a store in my area?

Store locations are based on research and customer feedback. To view our current store locations please visit our store locator page. All new store openings, where you will be able to wear your wow, will be posted here a few months in advance.

Do you have a catalogue or offer online sales?
You may download a PDF version of our catalogue but we do not currently offer an online shopping option. However, we invite you to continue navigating our cassis.ca site and continue the experience in the Cassis store nearest you.

How do I start receiving offers and collection previews from Cassis?

How can I notify you of an address change, a change in my name or a change in my language preference?
In order to keep receiving the Cassis Network’s exciting offers and previews, it is important to provide us with the most up-to-date profile information. You can modify your profile on our Web site by clicking here or in store by communicating any new information to a sales associate.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password, simply visit the Cassis Network page and select the “Forgot your password” link so we can send you a reminder.

What is your return policy?
It’s a woman’s prerogative to change her mind …

If, for any reason, you purchase an item that is not to your satisfaction, we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund when presented with the original receipt within 30 days. If you have misplaced the original receipt, we will issue you a gift card or exchange the item at the current selling price.

Return and exchange policies will be honoured when merchandise items are presented in new condition, with original tags attached, and have not been washed, worn or altered.

What is your policy for price adjustments?
A one-time price adjustment can be obtained on merchandise purchased at regular price when an original sales receipt is presented within 7 days of the original date of purchase.
